However, if some of the products purchased did not satisfied you completly, they are subjected for return. You may return merchandise for FULL REFUND within 14 days from date of reciving. There will be no restocking or any other fees. Please be advised that shipping cost is not refundable. All furniture must be undamaged (coused by incorect opening, moving furniture, wrong assembling, etc.), in original packaging and original condition for return. An authorization of return must be done before shipping back merchandise by phone or email (click Contact for contact information). Customer is responsible for all shipping back charges. Picked up merchandise must be inspected very carefully before uploading. New Vision Furniture is not responsible and will accept any damaged furniture caused during your own transportation. Furniture from clearence or close-outs are not returnable. You may exchange your furniture for the same restrictions as the return policy. For warranty information please go to warranty section.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks from returning claim date, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returning Process:
- You order and recive furniture.
- You must inspect all furniture at the time of uploding furniture by trucking company (we realize that is hard to open each package and check everything for damages so please inspect all packing if it is not broken, dameged or other that may indicate that furniture inside might be defective.) Signing reciving slip you agreed that all furniture are udamaged.
- if some of the furniture packeging is damaged, please make special note on delivery slip and sign it.
- then please make as many pictures as possible for our review
- contact us (click Contact for contact information) and include all those information:
- Your name
- order numer
- attached pictures (if you choosed an e-mail option)
- short note to us
- if all furniture are damaged, please do not sign reciving slip and do not accept delivery (shipping company will send us back your order). Then fallow the process as in 1.a.
- if some of the furniture packeging is damaged, please make special note on delivery slip and sign it.
- Cerfully open all furniture and check for any damages. If there is some, please fallow 1.a.
- if furniture are not what You ordered, please fallow 1.a. In that case, New Vision Furniture will cover all shipping charges.
- Some furniture require assembling, so please asseble all furniture fallow exacly as in assembling instruction. There will be no return if merchandise is damaged caused by wrong assembling.
- If furniture will not meet your expectation, You may return it within 14 days. (please read information above). There will be no return if furniture are assembled.

New Vision Furniture is online retailer and direct importer of furniture. We have integrated system of own inventory with our website, however, some of the furniture are stored in warhauses all over the east coast and inventory information is changing very quickly. That is why after you placed an order and pay for it, we do not charge your credit card or cash your check for 24 hours (time that you may cancel your order) and until we confirm your order. It might be longer if you placed an order durnig weekend days or holidays. After confirmation we usually ships your merchandise in 3 business days. Shipping time depend of your destination but when your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail containind trucking information that you will be able to track your shipment on the internet. One day prior delivery, tracking company will call you at your number in our files and make special appointment time for delivery.
New Vision Furniture ships furniture anywhere in the 48 states. We might ship merchandise to Alaska or Hawaii only by special arrengment (please Contact Us).
Packaging Information
Most furniture during the packaging process in factory, all edges, corners, sharp points of the furniture are packaged with a protective foam. Then is packed by double wall cardboard sheeting covers the furniture piece. After boxing, merchandise is covered by havy duty plastic or placed in cardboard box. This packing process prevent furniture from any damages occured during uploading, moving and delivery furniture. Large furniture pieces are strapped to pallets for easy transferring by the carrier.
Delivery Description
After the furniture is thoroughly packed, it is shipped via less-than-truckload (LTL) common carrier. Once the shipment arrives to the destination terminal, trucking company will call customer to let them know it has arrived and schedule delivery. The delivery will be made with one driver. The customer must have someone on hand at delivery to provide assistance to the driver during unloading. The LTL carrier will unload the shipment to the customer's curbside. It is the customer's responsibility to take the furniture inside the home. Extra charges will apply if the customer requests to have the shipment carried inside the home. After unloading and before the driver leaves, the customer should inspect the furniture for damage (please read Return Policy). Product damage is rare, however, if damage is found the customer should note the damage in the appropriate box on the Delivery Receipt (provided by the driver) and then sign. (Note: If there are any tears, indentations, or holes on the exterior of the package, but no damage is found, the customer should still note on the Delivery Receipt that the packaging contained holes and/or tears.)
Inside Delivery with Set Up
Inside delivery and set up is avaliable only by special arrengment by customer at time of placing an order. It is also subjected to additional charge depending on delivery place and acces to inside. Please contact us before or after you place an order and include your order numer or wishing furniture, place of delivery and any special notes for us. If you will not buy satisfied with the price and you placed an order, you will still have time (24 hours) to cancel your order. When furniture is shipped to a customer for inside delivery with set up, a specialty carrier will perform the delivery to the customer's home with two men. The two men will carry the furniture to the room(s) requested and set up the furniture (i.e., assemble beds, place hutch tops on hutch bases, etc.). After unloading and before the drivers leave, the customer should inspect the furniture for damage. Product damage is rare, however, if damage is found the customer should note the damage in the appropriate box on the Delivery Receipt (provided by the driver) and then sign (please read Return Policy for more information).
Customer Pickup
When picking up, be sure to bring a large enough truck or trailer and some protective blankets. Our employee will help you to upload furniture into truck or trailer, but is not responsible for any damages caused form wrong uploading. New Vision Furniture is will not also accept any returnings of damaged furniture caused durnig your own transportation (please read Return Policy).
