Warranty

New Vision Furniture warrants that its merchandise are free from manufacturing defects (workmanship and/or material) and will replace defective parts for a period of up to one year from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions set below.

If a manufacturing defect is found, New Vision Furniture should be notified promtly of the defect and supplied a copy of the invoce and delivery ticket. Inspection by a New Vision Furniture employee or representative may be necessary to verify that a manufacturing defect wxist, or you may be require to submit samples to New Vision Furniture along with a digital image of defect.

If replacement is required in accordance with this warranty and the defective material or merchandise has been discontinued or unavaliable, New Vision Furniture reserves the right to select and supply similar merchandise or offer full credit for the merchandise; otherwise the same material or merchandise will be supplied for replacement purposes.

Limited Term Warranty: 1 year from day of purchase.

Additional conditions for warranty on upholstery are listed on the attached addendum.

Warranty is void for any of the fallowing conditions:
  1. Improper maintance or improper use resulting damage.
  2. any product modification by customer or other parties not authorized by New Vision Furniture will void this warranty.
  3. Floor samples sold or products designated "AS IS" at the time of purchase are not covered by the warranty.
  4. Warranty does not cover minor variations or differences between showed pictures and your furniture.
  5. Cost of packaging and shipping to and from New Vision Furniture is not covered by the warranty.
  6. This warranty covers only articles of furniture intended for residential use inly, does not cover any industrial, comericial, institutional, or rental use.
  7. Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse.
  8. Normal wear and tear.
  9. Damages incurred during transportation.
  10. Damages incurred durind assembling or maintenance.
  11. Damages incured by accidents or abuse.


This warranty is made solely to the customer and is not transferable under any circumstances. It is the customer's responsibility to contact with New Vision Furniture with claim. We advise customers to retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.
